New openings in Knightsbridge August 2025
DIRIYAH HOUSE EXPERIENCE CENTRE
Following a month-long pop-up at Harrods last year, Diriyah Company opened its doors to its Diriyah House experience centre at the beginning of last month. The brand-new collaborative exhibition is between Sotheby’s International Realty and Diriyah Gate, a heritage and tourism project that is aimed at transforming the Saudi capital Riyadh, the ancestral home of the Al Saud dynasty, into a highly coveted luxury lifestyle destination. This is a dedicated space is for those seeking long-term investment opportunities emerging in Diriyah.
Setting up its London outpost in One Hyde Park, previously home to the official McLaren London showroom, Diriyah House experience centre features four 3D models of the “birthplace of Saudi Arabia”, taking guests on an immersive journey through the city, alongside original artefacts.
George Azar, chairman and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Dubai, United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia, told Belgravia & Knightsbridge magazine, ‘The GCC and Middle Eastern communities have long held Knightsbridge in high regard, particularly as a luxury shopping destination. In the summer, it truly feels like an extension of the Middle East, with many from those communities enjoying the high-end dining and leisure offerings. Interestingly, many of the up-and-coming bars in the area are richly infused with Middle Eastern influences.’

GOAT
The brainchild of three friends, GOAT is a purveyor of truly incredible burgers. Joining Knightsbridge’s food scene, the indie burger establishment is co-founded by the prominent food blogger Sultan Kayed (aka @sultan.eats) and draws inspiration from his travels, experimenting with local ingredients and exotic spices.
The restaurant’s menu consists of brioche buns packed with premium Wagyu patties, Japanese teriyaki soy, Mongolian sweet sauce, pastrami beef and a homemade ma’abooch mix. For the first time, Knightsbridge locals will be able to savour unique flavour combinations inspired by countries around the globe. Fan favourites include the ’90s Classic Double Cheeseburger (extending the throwback trend into the foodie sphere) and the Arigato burger.
Standing for “greatest of all time”, GOAT’s arrival into London marks a step closer to the restaurant’s vision of becoming an Emirati international food chain. Kayed says, ‘GOAT is all about experience and quality of service. We see everyone as a family and want them to join us for great food. I dreamed of having a casual dine-in place where different cultures come together in the form of various flavours, and I love to see it coming true every day.’
While the official opening date is under wraps, the vinyl is up at 146 Brompton Road, formerly Feya’s Knightsbridge outpost, and it won’t be long before we’re able to sample the greatest burger of all time…
