The HVN comes to Knightsbridge
The festive season is both a time of indulgence and of hibernating from the harsh winter. But as the new year approaches and you’ve had one too many mince pies, thoughts inevitably turn to getting your health back on track. And if living a healthier lifestyle is part of your long-term plan (rather than a short-lived New Year resolution), then make sure you have Knightsbridge’s latest resident on your radar.
The HVN, a luxurious sanctuary for conscious wellbeing for men and women, was founded by three professionals – Muriel Zingraff, Jo Harris and Dr Tanja Philips – who combine 70 years of experience. Muriel was even a Director at Harrods where she managed the beauty and fashion divisions. The trio recognised a need within the industry to establish a unique wellness offering with the client at its heart.
The HVN combines ancient therapies with modern science to provide highly tailored treatments. These address common issues such as gut health, chronic pain and hormonal imbalance through complementary treatments including acupuncture, osteopathy, nutrition, vitamin infusions and massage. Services also include lifestyle coaching, non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and blood and genetic testing for a holistic approach.
The beautifully designed two-floor studio, located opposite Hyde Park, also has an exclusive Forest Bathing space. Based on the traditional Japanese concept, this tranquil spot features biophilic elements that echo natural biomes to promote relaxation, with natural sounds to lower blood pressure and cortisol.
Combining their varied backgrounds and industry expertise, Muriel, Jo and Tanja have created a new category in wellness that encourages people to take control of their wellbeing in order to look, feel and live healthier.
