Renowned Turkish confectioner Mazlum to open first European store in Knightsbridge

Mazlum, a legend of Turkish confectionery dating back to the early 1900s, is set to make its European debut in Knightsbridge this festive season.  

Famed across Turkey and the world over for its handmade halva, baklawa and chocolate, visitors can expect to be tantalised by over a thousand artisanal products – from rose-petal Turkish delight to traditional Tahini halva, gilded engagement chocolates and signature desserts. With stores previously only located in Turkey, the Knightsbridge launch represents a unique and exciting opportunity to experience Mazlum in Europe for the very first time.

The new 2,500sqft flagship store takes over Criterion Capital’s iconic Scotch House at 10 Brompton Road later this year, next door to the recently opened Zedwell hotel. Mazlum joins a host of new culinary openings in the area – among them CLAP KA-FE, Alba London and GOAT – and will open its doors during the most wonderful time of the year, where SW1 expects to welcome a record number of visitors for festive shopping and dining.
