Terms and Conditions
The Knightsbridge Club (the “Reward Card”) is operated by West Central BIDs Ltd T/A Knightsbridge Partnership (company number 13712170) with its registered office at xxx (“Knightsbridge Partnership”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) will govern your membership of the use and registration of The Knightsbridge Club (the “Reward Card”) constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
The Knightsbridge Club Reward Scheme
As a member of the The Knightsbridge Club, you will be able to receive invitations, discounts and exclusive offers from participating businesses (“Rewards”), which will be live on the Knightsbridge website.
The Rewards are subject to terms and conditions and may vary dependent on the business.
Members will receive a monthly newsletter with information on the latest Rewards and wider neighbourhood news. Members can unsubscribe to the newsletter, should they wish.
Becoming a Knightsbridge Club Member

You will be required to register with your email address, and you may also register other personal details which will only be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy for any questions on how your information might be used.
Reward Cards can be obtained in both physical or digital form (for use on Apple Pay or Google Wallet) and each member is entitled to one of each only. A digital pass is the default method and will be created within one week. Upon request, a physical card can be arranged.
To redeem rewards, you must comply with the membership terms of the scheme and either be;-
Living in the areas of Knightsbridge and Belgravia, Queens Gate, and Brompton and Hans Town
A professional working in the area of Knightsbridge and Belgravia, Queens Gate, and Brompton and Hans Town and DExhibition Road
A business or retailer in the area*
*’the area’ is defined those within the following postcodes (SW1X, SW1W, SW3, SW7)
Participating Businesses
The full list of participating businesses in The Knightsbridge Club is available [HMA to insert the link to the offers page]
Participants may change each month and not all retailers across the neighbourhood participate in the scheme.
Participating retailers may include businesses along Knightsbridge, Brompton Road, Exhibition Road as well as neighbouring side streets.
Redeeming King’s Road Privileges
Rewards are subject to availability.
Rewards will be subject to terms and conditions imposed by the participating business making the Reward (for example, closing dates, and exclusions) and may change from as originally published.
Relevant terms and conditions will be provided alongside the Reward. To avoid disappointment, please understand these carefully before attempting to redeem the Reward or speak with a member of staff at the shop and/or restaurant.
Rewards available to members are listed on the Knightsbridge website and members will receive a monthly newsletter highlighting new and relevant Rewards.
To redeem a Reward, present your card (either digital or physical), to the participating business at the point of purchase.
The Knightsbridge Club card is non-transferrable and must be redeemed by the card holder themselves.
You may be prevented from redeeming a Reward if:
the participating retailer has reason to suspect fraud or misconduct on your part or in the way the Reward is being used or
the Reward was sent to you in error due to a technical fault
Withdrawal or Changing of Rewards
It may be necessary to withdraw or change Rewards without advanced warning of this.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend The Knightsbridge Club at any time at our discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership of The Knightsbridge Club at our discretion in the event that:
we terminate The Knightsbridge Club; or
we reasonably believe that you have failed to comply with these Terms; or
we reasonably believe you have behaved in a way which is fraudulent, inappropriate or
where your membership of The Knightsbridge Club is terminated, then from the date of termination you will not be able to redeem Privileges
Knightsbridge Partnership Responsibility and Liability
King’s Road Partnership has no responsibility or liability for:
the Rewards made by retailers;
failure of a participating retailer to honour an Rewards, or
goods or services which you purchase from a retailer using an Reward or otherwise.
If an issue arises in relation to any of the points listed above, you should contact the participating retailer directly.
