Flower power: where to celebrate Chelsea Flower Show 2025 in Knightsbridge

The Albatini & Rose Muse at Alba
Adding not one, but two limited-edition, floral cocktails to its already imaginative menu, Alba London is dedicating itself to art of horticulture mixology the week of Chelsea Flower Show.
First up, putting the apple in apple blossom, is the Albatini. This martini has bite courtesy of Beluga Noble vodka, with a splash of apple liquor and clarified fresh green apple and cinnamon cordial for a tart, spiced finish.
Stirred – not shaken – this delicious serve is garnished with an edible cornflower for eye-catching effect. It’s fitting that this flower should symbolise love and happiness as this cocktail delivers on both fronts.
Second to make its debut is the Rose Muse. Combining chamomile infused x Muse vodka with rose liqueur, bergamot, and a kiss of green strawberry bitters, this delicate floral cocktail is perfect for those who want a taste of summertime.

The Capital Catwalk at The Capital Hotel
The Capital Hotel will be in full bloom during Chelsea Flower Show. Its artistic installation, The Capital Catwalk, is inspired by the theatre of hospitality, as well as the 2025 Chelsea in Bloom theme of “Flowers in Fashion”.
The Floral Catwalk sets the scene: a moss-lined, flower-filled path leading towards the hotel, which is already known for its celebration of artistry and interior influences from fashion designers such as Alexander McQueen. Mid-stride towards the hotel, you’ll find a model draped in horti couture with pink blooms and an underskirt of foliage. Standing tall alongside it is an oversized statement high-heel shoe, embracing the fashionable energy of the neighbourhood and its reputation for high-end luxury, from Harrods to Harvey Nichols.
Strut on in and order a gin and tonic (courtesy of The Botanist) at The Capital Bar before bedding down at a Capital Deluxe King or Queen room with its floral motifs.
